Pinnn

Terms of Service

1. Scope and Priority

  1. These Terms govern Pinnn and related services operated by 0xBrewing(the "Company").
  2. The Operation Policy, Privacy Policy, Subscription Policy, Refund Policy, and event-specific rules form part of these Terms.
  3. Specific feature or event terms control for their subject matter, and mandatory law always prevails.

2. Accounts and Service

  1. Pinnn helps users organize introductions, links, content, and contact paths on a Pinpage and manage a PinAI Page and search metadata based on the same information.
  2. Users must be at least 14. Anyone acting for a business, brand, or another person must have authority to manage that account and its content.
  3. Users must provide accurate account information, protect their login methods, and notify the Company of unauthorized use.
  4. Accounts, benefits, and @IDs may not be sold, transferred, leased, or shared for another person's use without prior Company approval.
  5. The current pricing page and in-service notices define the features and limits of Free, Standard, and planned products.

3. User Responsibilities

  1. Users may upload only information and content they have the right to use and must obtain any consent needed for third-party personal data, likenesses, trademarks, or copyrighted materials.
  2. Users must keep public facts and contact details current and review automatically drafted or imported content before publication.
  3. Illegal activity, impersonation, rights infringement, phishing, malware, materially misleading claims, spam, artificial traffic or verification manipulation, and interference with the service are prohibited.
  4. The Operation Policy provides additional content and enforcement rules.

4. User Content and Licence

  1. Users and their licensors retain ownership of user content. The Company does not acquire ownership of it.
  2. Users grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, transmit, display, and format, arrange, summarize, structure, or transform content as needed to provide PinAI Pages, search information, previews, and other service features.
  3. The Company may sublicense this licence only to service providers as necessary to perform those functions.
  4. The licence lasts while the content remains in the service and, after deletion, only for the reasonable period required for legal retention, disputes, security backups, and cache removal.

5. Publication and Service Showcases

  1. Public Pinpages and PinAI Pages can be viewed by anyone and may be collected, quoted, or cached by search engines, AI services, and third parties. External results may not disappear immediately after unpublishing or deletion.
  2. The Company may feature public Pinpages in Pinnn search, directories, examples, landing pages, official social accounts, and press materials to demonstrate the service, using public display names, @IDs, profile images, and limited screenshots where necessary.
  3. Users may ask support to exclude a page from new showcase use. The Company will stop new use and reasonably remove existing online materials after the request.
  4. Separate consent is required before using a user as the main subject of paid advertising or implying that the user endorses Pinnn.

6. External Links and Imports

  1. External-page import is an assistive feature that moves publicly available information into Pinnn at the user's request. Users may import only pages they are authorized to use.
  2. Users are responsible for reviewing the accuracy and rights status of imported information. External site structure or access rules may cause omissions or differences.
  3. Third-party services linked from a Pinpage are governed by their own terms, transactions, privacy practices, and availability, which the Company does not guarantee.

7. Fees and Subscriptions

  1. Current free or no-charge access does not convert into a paid subscription unless the user separately completes Paddle checkout.
  2. When paid checkout launches, Standard has a base price of KRW 6,900 per month and renews monthly until cancelled. Paddle Checkout shows the final charge, currency, taxes, payment method, and renewal date.
  3. Paddle acts as the official seller or authorized reseller and handles payment, tax, receipts, subscriptions, and refunds; the Company supplies Pinnn. Paddle Buyer Terms and privacy terms also apply to the transaction.
  4. The Company may change plans, features, or prices. Material adverse changes will be notified reasonably in advance, with separate consent or a right to cancel before the change where required by law.
  5. Event and other no-charge access are separate from paid subscriptions and follow their specific rules and in-service notices.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

  1. Users may cancel the next renewal through Paddle's buyer portal or the billing page provided by the Company.
  2. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. The account then moves to the Free plan or any separately granted no-charge access.
  3. Cancellation stops future billing; a refund returns a completed charge and is governed separately by the Refund Policy, Paddle Refund Policy, and mandatory law.
  4. If a plan change leaves the account over a limit, some paid editing or publication features may be restricted. The service will explain the applicable treatment and required action.

9. Changes, Restrictions, and Termination

  1. The Company may modify or discontinue features for improvement, security, compliance, third-party changes, or operational needs and will give advance notice of material changes where reasonably possible.
  2. Violations, rights complaints, security risks, non-payment, or abuse may result in content hiding, link blocking, feature limits, suspension, or termination.
  3. The Company may act without prior notice to prevent urgent harm or where law requires confidentiality; otherwise it will provide the reason and an appeal method where reasonably possible.
  4. Users may delete their account at any time and should retain any content they need beforehand. The Privacy Policy governs data after deletion.

10. Warranties and Liability

  1. Pinnn does not guarantee ranking, visibility, answers, recommendations, or citations by search engines or AI services. Users must review PinAI Pages and analysis before relying on them for important decisions.
  2. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for events beyond its reasonable control, including disasters, network failures, or third-party platform policy changes.
  3. The Company is not responsible for user content, external links, third-party transactions, or losses caused by a user's breach.
  4. These limitations do not apply to the Company's intent or gross negligence, death or personal injury, privacy obligations, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes and Notices

  1. The Company may update these Terms to reflect legal or service changes. It will normally provide at least 7 days' notice, or 30 days for material adverse changes, through the service or email.
  2. The Company will obtain express consent where required by law. Users who disagree may stop using the service before the change takes effect.
  3. If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

12. Law, Disputes, and Contact

Korean law governs Pinnn. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith, and unresolved disputes may be brought in a court with jurisdiction under applicable civil procedure law. The Korean version controls over translations, subject to mandatory consumer law where the user resides. Paddle transactions are separately subject to Paddle Buyer Terms.
