Subscription Policy

1. Access granted separately by the Company is distinct from a Paddle subscription. It does not become a paid subscription unless the user completes Paddle checkout.

1. Base price: KRW 6,900 per month
2. Period: monthly from the payment date until the next renewal date
3. Core features: up to three Pinpages, search metadata, a PinAI Page, and the Standard features shown on the pricing page
4. Paddle Checkout provides the final charge, currency, tax treatment, payment method, and renewal date.
5. Pro, annual billing, trials, coupons, and additional currencies are available only if separately displayed in the service and checkout.

1. Paddle acts as official seller or authorized reseller and handles sale, payment, tax, receipts, subscriptions, and refunds; the Company supplies Pinnn.
2. Completing Paddle checkout authorizes recurring monthly charges until cancellation.
3. If renewal payment fails, Paddle may retry or request an updated payment method. If payment is not recovered, paid access may end after any applicable grace period and the account may return to Free or separate no-charge access.
4. The Company does not directly store full card numbers or CVCs.

1. Users may cancel the next renewal through Paddle's buyer portal, the management link in the receipt email, or Pinnn billing.
2. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with Standard available until then.
3. After the period ends, Pinpages over the Free limit and paid features may have editing or publication restricted as explained in the service.
4. Returning a completed charge requires a separate refund request under the Refund Policy.

The Company or Paddle will give advance notice of renewal price changes. Users may cancel before the change, and an increased charge will not be applied without consent where law requires it.
