Pinnn
Operation Policy
1. Principles
- Users may register only information and links they have authority to manage and must keep public information accurate and current.
- A Pinpage is the public page viewed by users; a PinAI Page organizes the same information for reference by search engines and AI services.
- Automatically drafted and imported information may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by the user before and after publication.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
- Infringement of privacy, likeness, reputation, trademarks, copyright, or other rights
- Impersonation, false identity, deceptive endorsements, or materially false or misleading claims
- Illegal goods or services, phishing, malware, illegal gambling, sexual exploitation, child-harm content, encouragement of violence or self-harm, or unlawful hate and discrimination
- Medical, financial, investment, or legal claims without required qualifications or evidence, and unlawful or materially misleading advertising
- Spam keywords, hidden text, false sources, artificial views, clicks or verification, or attempts to deceive search engines or AI services
- Unauthorized mass account creation, scraping, automated requests, security bypass, or interference with the service, excluding crawlers expressly allowed by the Company
- Sale, transfer, rental, or abuse of accounts, @IDs, or benefits
3. @IDs and Public Addresses
- @IDs are public Pinpage addresses. The Company may reserve terms that could be confused with official, security, support, billing, or policy accounts.
- An @ID may be restricted if it uses another person's name, brand, mark, creator name, or organization without authority or causes impersonation or confusion.
- The Company may change, reclaim, or reassign an @ID after confirming abusive squatting, sale or rental, repeated creation, or a valid rights complaint.
- Where possible, the Company will provide the reason and appeal method and may request evidence of rights.
4. Links and External-Page Imports
- External-page import is an assistive feature that moves public information selected by the user into Pinnn and does not imply partnership with or endorsement by an external service.
- Users may import only pages they manage or are authorized to use and must review the accuracy and rights status of imported links, images, descriptions, and keywords.
- External structure, access limits, robots rules, or technical errors may cause missing or different results.
- Dangerous links involving phishing, malware, or illegal goods may be blocked without advance notice.
5. PinAI Pages and Visibility
- Pinnn may create or organize a PinAI Page and search metadata from user input and public sources.
- Visibility, ranking, recommendation, or citation in search or AI answers depends on third-party policies and systems and is not guaranteed.
- Users should correct or remove inaccurate, outdated, or infringing information or request review through support.
6. Reports and Enforcement
- Reports should include the target URL, reason, and evidence of rights where relevant.
- The Company may hide content, block links, limit features, adjust @IDs, suspend, or terminate accounts based on the report, harm, repetition, and law.
- Urgent harm, legal requests, phishing, malware, or material security risks may be addressed without prior notice.
- Manifestly unfounded or abusive repeated reporting may result in reporting or account restrictions.
7. Notice and Appeals
Where possible, the Company explains the reason and scope of action. Users may request review with facts and evidence within 14 days after notice. The Company will reasonably restore access when the basis for urgent action is resolved.
