Marketing Communications Consent

2. Early-user benefits, events, promotions, surveys, and interview invitations
3. New features, templates, Pinpage and PinAI Page tips, and product updates

1. Data: email, display name, preferred language, consent or opt-out time, and delivery, open, and click records
2. Channels: email and in-service notifications
3. Separate channel consent will be obtained where required before using SMS, KakaoTalk, or another electronic messaging channel.

Data is used until opt-out or account deletion. A minimal record may be retained as required to prevent future sends and prove consent or withdrawal.

1. Consent is optional and refusal does not restrict core Pinnn service.
2. Users may opt out through the link in an email or by contacting hello@pinnn.info.
3. Security, billing, terms, and essential service notices may be sent regardless of marketing consent.
4. This consent does not authorize use of a user as a testimonial or advertising model; separate consent is required.
